Analysis and Application of <i>p</i>, <i>q</i>-Quasirung Orthopair Fuzzy Aczel–Alsina Aggregation Operators in Multiple Criteria Decision-Making

The ${p}$ ,q-quasirung orthopair fuzzy set ( , notation="LaTeX">${q}$ -ROFS) is a potent tool for representing fuzziness and uncertainty compared to the -rung -ROFS). This research aims introduce aggregation technique of -ROFSs with help Aczel–Alsina (AA) operations. We first propound several novel AA operations such as sum, product, scalar multiplication, exponentiation. Following these operations, we develop range -quasirung averaging geometric operators efficiently aggregate data. Additionally, construct different features operators, discuss certain special cases, study their fundamental results. Afterward, use design method dealing multi-criteria decision-making information. Finally, provide case demonstrate suggested method’s practicality followed by parameter analysis comparison study.
